Domino's Pizza

After ten minutes that the tracker was saying "delivered" I called the store to ask about my pizza, the answer was: "you have to wait a little bit more".After 30 minutes, I called again. The answer was the they delivered and I did not check outside. I deliver made a mistake and delivered in another door. He came back and just delivered in my door. I complained about the temperature of the pizza and the person hanged up on me. Terrible customer service. Terrible!

We ordered online for pick up, if you or anyone you know orders from dominos you know the routine, they will online the order is ready/ out for delivery and it still takes a while for the driver to show. If you complain or call the manager he will say, “oh it’s late we’re busy” or “someone messed up” Me and my girlfriend went after the order was stated completed online and when we got there they didn’t even make it. After waiting 20 minutes we received 2/3 items correct, and then they remade the one item making the others cold. I usually don’t complain but I was so upset by the lack of caring I won’t ever go here again, usually if you have a job you have to at least try a little. The cinnamon twists were bomb tho, try them out just not at this one specifically!

So far I haven't had any bad or negative experiences to note. Everytime I order from Domino's pizza they deliver my food hot and fresh. And they never forget the soda, lol. Keep up the great work.
